I like the location of the hotel and price offered by the hotel.
Bedroom room window not safe for young children due to window lock not properly secured.Water for shower inside bathroom not hot enough.

The price of the hotel really very suitable for me and my friends plan to stay. The location also very strategic. We can going out eat and have fun. We got compare with many hotel only we decide to choose it.

I've never seen a hotel as filthy as this one in my life! And this was the most expensive accommodation of the whole duration of our trip around Malaysia. The pictures on Booked.net look pretty, as was probably the hotel at it's opening, but the reality now is unfortunately very different. It starts with the carpeting in the corridors - its so dirty that its original color can't be recognized. Than the rooms - dirty floor, bed linen full of stains (not even sure that the bed linen was fresh), not to mention the curtains and the windows... We payed for the room at check in but the receptionist asked for a 50 MR deposit. I must say i have no idea why was this needed. Don't go there!
